Yes — Steadyway. An iPhone app for people on a weekly GLP-1, with Zepbound as a medication it knows rather than a footnote: the 2.5 to 15 mg ladder, the four-day missed-dose window, and a supply count that works in doses because Zepbound ships as single-dose pens and vials.
| Doses | 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15 mg |
|---|---|
| Taken as | Weekly injection, tirzepatide |
| Licensed for | Weight management and obstructive sleep apnoea (US) |
| Out of the fridge | 21 days once in use |
| Missed a dose | Take it as soon as you remember if it has been four days or less since it was due. More than four days, skip it and take the next one on your usual day. |
Same molecule as Mounjaro, different everything else
Zepbound and Mounjaro are both tirzepatide, share a ladder and share the four-day rule on a missed dose. What differs is the licence — Zepbound for weight management and obstructive sleep apnoea, Mounjaro for diabetes and weight — and the device. Mounjaro's UK KwikPen has a dial; Zepbound does not, so there is nothing to count and no part-doses to reconstruct.
Supply, counted in doses
A box of single-dose pens and a box of vials are the same question underneath: how many doses are left, and how many days of cover that is. The app answers it that way rather than counting devices, so the reorder nudge lands before the gap rather than after it.
Twenty-one days, and no going back
Zepbound's out-of-fridge window is 21 days at up to 30 °C — and the label is unusually strict about the rest of it: once a pen or vial has left the fridge it should not be returned. There is no pausing the clock, which makes the day it came out the only date that matters, and the one nobody remembers a fortnight later.
Sleep apnoea as well as weight
Zepbound is licensed for obstructive sleep apnoea too, and the app does not assume weight loss is the only reason you are here. Nothing requires a goal weight, and the trend view works perfectly well as a record rather than a target.
It will not tell you what to take
Steadyway records the dose you say you took and reminds you on the day you said you inject. It will never suggest increasing, decreasing, skipping or resuming one.
