Before you write
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us — see Subscriptions & Refunds. Exporting your data and deleting your account are both things you can do from inside the app without asking us, and neither needs a subscription.
Please do not send us medical questions
We cannot advise on your dose, your symptoms or your treatment, and we would rather say so than answer badly. Those belong with the person who prescribed your medication. If a symptom is worrying you now, contact a healthcare professional.
How long we take
Usually a few days. Privacy and legal requests are flagged when they arrive and answered within 30 days at the latest, which is the deadline the Privacy Policy commits to.
