Steadyway is one. It tracks weight, doses, side effects and supply across every GLP-1 below — weekly injections, daily injections, a daily tablet, and compounded vials with no licensed ladder at all.
You pick your medication once during setup. The dose ladder, the interval and the route all follow from it, which is the difference between an app that supports your medication and one that has heard of it.

The licensed strengths are offered as the fast path, never enforced. A split step, a compounded vial or a plan your prescriber wrote is a real dose, and the app records the number you give it without arguing about it.
Weight, read as a trend
Weight on a GLP-1 does not come off in a straight line — plateaus, whooshes, water swings — so the default view is a smoothed line inside a seven-day range band rather than raw daily dots. The headline is your rate of loss and where it puts your goal, not a static gap to a target, because a gap only ever reads as a debt and reads worst on the week you most need to keep going.
Doses, and the clocks around them
The injection or tablet, on your own schedule. Six rotation sites with the date each last came round. How long the pen in use has been out of the fridge — a window that runs from 14 days on Trulicity to six weeks on Wegovy, which is the sort of thing worth having counted for you rather than remembered. And a late dose logged as late, not quietly as missed.
Side effects, against your own cycle
Log a symptom and its severity and the app arranges them by day-since-dose. After two cycles that is a pattern out of your own history — day two is the rough one, day four is fine — rather than a stranger's account of theirs.
Switching medication does not cost you your history
People move: Ozempic to Wegovy, Saxenda to Mounjaro, a brand to a compounded vial and back. Change the medication and the schedule, ladder and route follow it, while the weight history and the dose log carry across untouched on both sides of the change. That record is the one your prescriber will ask for.
What it refuses to do
- Tell you what dose to take. It records what you took and reminds you when.
- Gamify the scale. Streaks attach to logging and to being on time, never to the number falling.
- Cheer on an unhealthy goal. A target below a healthy range is flagged rather than congratulated.
