Keep track of the week you're actually having.
A tracker for people on a GLP-1: the dose, the weight, and the days that feel rough.

What it does
Read the trend, not the number.
Weight on a GLP-1 does not come off in a straight line — there are plateaus, whooshes and water swings, and a bad morning on the scale is usually none of those things. Steadyway is built to show you the shape of the month rather than hand you a verdict on the day.
Journey
Your weight, with the noise taken out.
A smoothed line inside a seven-day range band, with your waist drawn over it and the day treatment started marked on the axis. Your rate a week and what is left to goal sit under it.
Hold the chart to read any single day.

The days that feel rough
Log a symptom and how bad it was. Steadyway lines them up by day-since-dose, so “nausea usually shows up on day two for you” comes out of your own history instead of a forum thread.
Doses
Every dose, and the ladder behind it.
What is due, which site is next in the rotation, and which pen it comes out of. A dose taken two days late is logged as late; one you skipped is logged as missed. Neither is quietly rounded into the other, because the record is the thing you hand to a prescriber.
Your medication
Whichever one you are on.
Pick it once and the dose options, the interval and the route follow — weekly injections, daily ones and a daily tablet are all first-class. On something compounded, set your own strength and interval.
Reminders
Quiet, except on shot day
Shot day, pen out of the fridge, weigh-in, refill — each one its own toggle. Quiet hours hold everything back apart from the dose itself, which is the one that cannot wait until morning.
Widgets
The next dose, on the home screen.
On shot day the dose widget carries a button. It opens the app on the log sheet with the amount and the rested site already filled in — a widget that logged the dose somewhere you could not see it would be worse than one that does not, not faster. Once it is logged, the same tile turns into the countdown to the next one.
The countdown keeps counting with the app never running — Steadyway books the days ahead with iOS in advance, so Saturday's number is right even if you last opened it on Wednesday.
How it treats you
Streaks reward logging and taking your dose on time. Never the number going down.
Plateau panic is the main reason people stop treatment and then blame themselves for it. So nothing here gamifies weight loss, a goal below a healthy range gets flagged rather than cheered, and every stall is put in the context of the rate you have been losing at.
Your data
Your phone is the source of truth.
Steadyway is local-first. Everything you log is written to a database on the device and read back from there, so the app opens instantly, works on a plane, and never waits on a network request to show you your own week.
- A backup, not a dependency
- Turn backup on and a copy syncs to your account, so a lost phone is not lost months of trend data. Nothing about reading or logging depends on it.
- Apple Health, both ways
- Weigh-ins and steps sync with Health if you turn it on, so most days there is nothing to type. Everything to do with the medication stays in the app.
- A summary for your prescriber
- Export a two-page PDF — trend, doses, side effects, notes — to take to an appointment instead of scrolling a phone at a desk.
- Deleting means deleted
- Delete your account from inside the app and the server copy is purged outright, not hidden behind a flag.
